The Plutonium Files
Interview with Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Eileen Welsome, author of "The Plutonium Files: America's Secret Medical Experiments", which reveals some of the information about secret human experiments conducted by American military and spy agencies. She talks about the the experiment including the story of Elmer Allen, a victim of U.S. Government human experimentation who was injected with Plutonium and ended up at the hands of a psychiatrist was working with the US government, telling the family that was crazy.
