On May 30, 2009, even retired Army Lt. Gen. Ricardo Sanchez, the top U.S. commander in Iraq from 2003-2004 called for a truth commission to investigate Bush-era interrogation and torture tactics. He went on to say:
“during my time in Iraq there was not one instance of actionable intelligence that came out of these "interrogation techniques".”

“If we do not find out what happened,then we are doomed to repeat it.”(HERE)

As part of the Culture Project's "Blueprint for Accountability" series, Link TV has produced a video that presents a portion of the panel discussion where General Ricardo Sanchez called for a truth commission to investigate the abuses and torture which occurred there.The panel took place on May 31 at The Times Center Times Center in New York City.
