British military intelligence ran a secret torture unit in Iraq

Baha Mousa was a 26-year-old Iraq civilian who worked as hotel receptionist. He was arrested along with six other men and taken to a British base where he was killed by British soldiers who repeatedly beat him on the neck, chest and genital areas.

The Baha Mousa Inquiry in UK, has brought to light the information that Attorney General "blocked" system to stop prisoner abuse and that British military intelligence ran a secret torture unit in Iraq, with prisoners deprived of sleep and kept hooded for long periods in intense heat, according to fresh evidence."
