"Between 1955 and 1975, the U.S. Army used 7,000 enlisted soldiers as human guinea pigs for experiments involving a wide array of biological and chemical warfare agents. These tests were conducted jointly by the U.S. Army Intelligence Board and the Chemical Warfare Laboratories at Edgewood Arsenal's research facility in Maryland. Approximately 3,500 of these soldiers were given doses of powerful mind-altering psychochemicals, including LSD, PCP, and BZ. These "volunteer" test subjects were not told which drugs they were given, and were not fully informed of the extreme physical and psychological effects these drugs would have on them. The Constant Gardener Trust
The Constant Gardener Trust (HERE) was established in 2004 soon after the filming of The Constant Gardener near Nairobi, Kenya, Africa.
The film is based on the John le Carré novel of the same name. It deals with the issues of international politics, unethical breach of human rights, corporate murder , cover-ups and the conspiracies with secret services.
Carré writes in the book's afterword:
"'by comparison with the reality, my story is as tame as a holiday postcard".
The book is dedicated to Yvette Pierpaoli, a French activist who died during the course of her aid work.
In Kibera and Loiyangalani, the situation of the inhabitants affected the crew so much it decided to set up the Trust in order to give thanks to the community for their help during filming.
“So who has got away with murder? Not, of course, the British government. They merely covered up, as one does, the offensive corpses. Though not literally. That was done by person or persons unknown. So who has committed murder? Not, of course, the highly respectable firm of KDH Pharmaceutical, which has enjoyed record profits this quarter… and has now licensed ZimbaMed of Harare…. to continue testing Dypraxa in Africa. No, there are no murders inAfrica . Only regrettable deaths. And from those deaths we derive the benefits of civilization, benefits we can afford so easily… because those lives were bought so cheaply.”

The CIA and allies in the pursuit of methods to “induce brain concussion " - WIRED - May 11, 2010
On May 6, 2010, after a Freedom of Information Act request and 30 years after it was written, a 17-page document detailing the involvement of the Pentagon in the CIA’s infamous Cold War mind-control experiments was released.
The document , “Experimentation Programs conducted by the Department of Defense That Had CIA Sponsorship or Participation and That Involved the Administration to Human Subjects of Drugs Intended for Mind-Control or Behavior-Modification Purposes,” was prepared in 1977 by the General Counsel of the US Department of Defense.
Although most of the details of the CIA’s infamous mind-control experiments have been revealed in earlier CIA papers, the recent released documents details the involvement of the Department of Defense in the CIA projects.
The studies on to “induce brain concussion" were part of a project initially funded by the Navy and shortly thereafter transferred entirely to the CIA, because it involved “human experiments not easily justifiable on medical-therapeutic grounds.”

I got sunshine in my stomach
Like I just rocked my baby to sleep.
I got sunshine in my stomach
But I can't keep me from creeping sleep,
Sleep, deep in the deep.
He wakes in a cold sweat with a strong urge to vomit. There's no sign of the cocoon and he can see more of the cave about him. There is much more of the glowing water dripping from the roof and
Ctites and stalagmites are forming and decomposing at an alarming rate all around him.
Rockface moves to press my skin
White liquid turn sour within
Turn fast - turn sour
Turn sweat - turn sour.
Must tell myself that I'm not here.
I'm drowning in a liquid fear.
Bottled in a strong compression,
My distortion shows obsession
In the cave.
Get me out of this cave!
As fear and shock register, he assures himself that self-control will provide some security, but this thought is abandoned as the stalactites and stalagmites lock into a fixed position, forming
E whose bars are moving in towards him.
If I keep my self-control,
I'll be safe in my soul.
And the childhood belief
Brings a moment's relief,
But my cynic soon returns
And the lifeboat burns.
My spirit just never learns.
Stalactites, stalagmites
Shut me in, lock me tight.

I'm helpless in my violent rage
And a silent tear of blood dribbles down his cheek,
And I watch him turn away and leave the cage.
My little runaway.
(raindrops keep failing on my head, they keep falling on my...)
In a trap, feel a strap
Holding still. pinned for kill.
Chances narrow that I'll make it,
In the cushioned straight-jacket.
Just like 22nd street,
They got me by my neck and feet.
Pressures building, can't take more.
My headaches charge, earaches roar.
In this pain

If I could change to liquid,
I could fill the cracks up in the rocks.
I know that I am solid

He was blind of one eye, very resentful and had a megalomaniac perception of himself. His policies included assassinations, forced drugging, imprisonment of dissent, gassing of humans and animals, torture techniques going from having people being hung upside down to being given shock therapy and a of variety of other crimes and offenses from the murder of a whole family to the shooting of police officers, among them the chief of the National Police.
His followers acted in teams and ambitious young graduates from top universities joined them. In the late 1980s there were accusations of deception of recruits, and of holding members against their will and even of murdering a member who tried to leave.
They saw themselves as "special" people with a special mission.
They carried on the "RUSH HOUR" ATTACKS in subway stations. .
They were/are followers of Shoko Asahara, leader of the cult Aum Shinrikyo.

The attack was usually referred to in the Japanese media as the Subway Sarin Incident, the Sarin attack on the Tokyo subway. It was an act of domestic terrorism perpetrated by members of Aum Shinrikyo on March 20, 1995.
The Aum Shinrikyo is a Japanese religious movement that was founded by Shoko Asahara in 1984.

His followers acted in teams and ambitious young graduates from top universities joined them. In the late 1980s there were accusations of deception of recruits, and of holding members against their will and even of murdering a member who tried to leave.
They saw themselves as "special" people with a special mission.

A German Parliamentary inquiry is investigating the extent to which German military and counter-terrorism authorities participated in the American Program of Torture and Extraordinary Rendition.
